Q: How do you ensure shipments will arrive intact?
A: All shipments are packed and shipped in such a way as to ensure safe delivery, and we've chosen shippers with excellent track records.
Q: Will you be sending me tracking information?
A: Yes you will be sent a separate email with tracking information. If you do not receive the email then please call or email us for the information.
Q: When will you ship my item?
A: We usually ship the orders within 1-2 weeks.
Q: What shipping service do you use?
A: We prefer USPS and Fedex for all domestic US Orders and Fedex for International orders.
Q: How do I return an item?
