100% Full Refund
We stand behind every item we sell and we want you to experience total satisfaction in your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked. Many retailers charge a restocking fee for returns, we don't charge you a cent.
Return Procedures:-
1. In order to process a return, contact our Customer Service department at [email protected], You will get a return mail with step-by-step process for return.
2. Place your item into any standard plain brown box. Boxes may be purchased at the post office for less than $2.00. Return Shipping will be paid by the buyer.
3. After the 30-day return period, if the value of your package is $500.00 or less, send your item using First Class Mail with insurance. If your item is valued above $500.00, use Registered Mail with insurance. The cost to ship your item with insurance will range from $5.00 to $25.00.

5. Your item should arrive in our office in 2-10 days, depending on your location.
6. All refunds will be processed within two weeks and done in the form of the original purchase method.
Additional Terms & Conditions:
Items sent to our office beyond the 60-day return period, or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than The Tanzanite Shop will not be accepted. Loose diamonds must also be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report or a $150 charge will be assessed to replace the certificate. Special (customized) orders are not returnable. Eternity bands and tension rings cannot usually be re-sized and must be completely re-manufactured. For that reason it is very important you order the correct size at the time of original purchase.
International returns are not subject to our free return policy. Please email to our customer service department for International Refunds.
